General Fono The Ulu-o-Tokelau, often abbreviated to Ulu, is the head of government of Tokelau. The position rotates yearly between the faipule (leaders) of Tokelau's three atolls: Atafu, Fakaofo, and Nukunonu. The current Ulu is Esera Fofō Tuisano, the faipule of Fakaofo atoll, who has held the position since 17 March 2025.

There have been 33 Ulu from 1993, when the office was established, to 2025.
