A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT FLOODING IS POSSIBLE BUT NOT IMMINENT OR CERTAIN. BE READY TO ACT QUICKLY IF THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ISSUES A FLOOD WARNING.
