This is a list of leaders of Middle Eastern and North African states. It consists of the heads of state and government within the Arab League, and of other MENA countries outside it. The Region value should reflect in which Region of the MENA (From West to East: North Africa, the Levant, Asia Minor and the Caucasus, the Horn of Africa, the Arabian Peninsula, and South Asia) the bulk of territory lies. If the Bulk of Territory lies outside of these Regions, The Region value should reflect in which Region the country's territories in the MENA lie.
