Ted Noffs

He is best known as the founder of the Wayside Chapel in Kings Cross, Sydney, and the Ted Noffs Foundation, a non-profit organisation providing services for socially disadvantaged youth. Noffs was a central figure in the development of Australian harm minimisation strategies regarding drug use and played a critical logistical role in the 1965 Freedom Ride.
